Building businesses that grow without burning the people running them — using brand, systems, and AI as the engine.

I'm Adam LeMire — a marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and fractional CMO now based in Wilmington, NC. I moved my family here intentionally, drawn by the coastal lifestyle, the growing entrepreneurial community, and the opportunity to build something meaningful in a market that's still early enough to matter.
Before Wilmington, I spent years in the Boston area building marketing infrastructure for real estate teams and brokerages. I served as Brand Manager for Bentley's Real Estate in Newburyport, MA — helping them reach the #1 office in their market within 3 years, scale from $100M to $325M+ in annual sales, and hold that ranking for 5 consecutive years. I managed a six-figure marketing budget and grew the team from roughly 20 to 60+ agents.
Earlier, I ran social media and digital marketing for real estate clients including the Kaminsky Real Estate Group — work that was featured on ABC's Nightline and in Time Magazine. I also led a 13-year career at Thomson Reuters as Head of Audio Technology, overseeing production of 30,000+ corporate transcripts annually and managing 1,500+ audio webcasts per quarter for institutional clients through StreetEvents.com.
I write a sponsored AI strategy column for the Wilmington Business Journal and am the founder of MicroVentureLab, a venture studio that builds, co-builds, and partners with Wilmington businesses to create scalable, systemized ventures.
I have a background in music from Berklee College of Music — audio engineering and music synthesis — which gives me a different kind of pattern recognition than most strategists. I'm also a surfer and someone who thinks about systems constantly.
